Montessori Inspired Math Lesson

I have prepared another Math lesson for Arya today. Once again, she finished it right away. The instructions for all learning stations were:

  1. Spell the word “count”.
  2. Close your eyes. Pick a shape from the box. Guess what shape it is by touching it.
  3. Hop on the red shape Jump on the circle. Swim on the shape with three sides.
  4. Build a tower using each color of Lego. Arya did not build only a tower. She built different objects and told me the names of each one of them.
  5. Count the number of Legos in each picture.

Surprise Card for Mama

Arya has a surprise for me today. She made a card and she cleaned up her working tables. It always fills my heart whenever she does these loving gestures.
