For the past few days, I was not able to blog because we had some orders of banana bread. We came across this website that shares a very simple recipe on how to make a banana bread. Aside from banana bread, we also made pancit noodles and spring rolls. We promised our friend that we will cook them for her daughter’s birthday. It was a long and tiring week but it was worth it. I was just sad that I didn’t get to write a blog on those days.
